ACTS 25th Anniversary is Here!!

In 2026, Adoring Christ thru Song celebrates 25 years of ministry through music, and this anniversary brings the story full circle.
The story begins in 2000, before ACTS was a formed group.
Singers and musicians from different church groups around the area came together, led by LaDonna Linamen, to rehearse and present "Acts - An Easter Musical Drama" at Center Presbyterian Church.
The plan was simple. One cantata. One Easter season.
But God had other plans.
During rehearsals, as people from various churches spent time preparing the music together, some of the performers from Grove City mentioned the idea of also sharing the cantata at Tower Church. As rehearsals continued, plans took shape for presenting the work in more than one setting during the Easter season.
The performances were well received, and after the concerts, the experience of serving and worshiping together made it clear that this was something worth continuing.
Because of that shared experience, LaDonna Linamen and Robert Olsavicky II offered to keep the group together. The vote was unanimous and in 2001 the nonprofit Adoring Christ thru Song was established.
What began as a single Easter project became an ongoing ministry built around music and shared worship, bringing together singers and musicians from many churches.
Now, 25 years later, ACTS is preparing to return to the very cantata that started it all. This Easter season, "Acts - An Easter Musical Drama" will once again be shared, connecting the present ministry with its beginnings.
As we prepare to share this cantata again, we do so with gratitude for the past 25 years and with excitement for what is still ahead. We invite you to join us this Easter season as we celebrate Christ's resurrection, reflect on our beginnings and mark 25 years of Adoring Christ thru Song.
Throughout our 25th anniversary, we will be supporting other Non-Profit groups in the local area with a percentage of donations from our concerts. This Easter season, we will be donating to Pine Valley Camp
